  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis; handling cash and card transactions; cleaning and maintaining retail area and cinema screens. Generally have to accomplish these tasks under very strict time limits and pressure. Have been given additional responsibilities in Health & Safety, and in keeping other employees informed about current releases and box office stats. Also selected as writer and producer of ODEON 6 Values trailer for the cinema. Developed skills in time management, organisation, customer relations. Receive regular training in the areas of Health & Safety, Evacuation Procedure, Fraud, Customer Care and Food Preparation.


Costume Designer

  • Designed and created costumes for December 2013 production of ‘Animal Farm’. Also co-designed and created costumes for 2013 production of ‘At the Hawk’s Well’ and 2014 production of ‘The Machine Wreckers.’ Worked under intense pressure and with limited resources to quickly improvise and find creative solutions to problems as they arose. Met weekly with directors of the productions to ensure a fluid collaboration and implementation of the creative vision. Also delegated to diverse team of creators. Developed skills in time management, negotiation, design and teamwork.

  • Designed costume, hair and makeup for various shows at the student-run Players Theatre at Trinity College – ‘Horrifical’ (2012), ‘Tales of Poe’ (2012), ‘Vocalost’ (2013). Worked with limited budget and resources to create the aesthetic vision of the piece within severe time constraints. Developed skills in creative management and budgeting.



English Literature and Drama Studies

  • In English Literature, I studied a wide range of genres, from the Enlightenment to Post-Colonialism to Supernatural and Gothic literature. Took a special interest in Children's Literature, in which I completed a year-long module. In Drama Studies, I studied both the academic and physically creative sides of the field, studying Classical Asian Theatre alongside the art of clowning. Was accepted into Advanced Costume Design and Advanced Playwriting courses, exceling at both. Graduated with high 2.1 Honours
