Assisting General Manager in the provision of secretariat, membership and other services to the Federation.
• Ensuring the website and social media is up to date.
• Arranging meetings of Federation’s committees, including booking meeting rooms, distributing agenda, collating and distributing reports.
• Liaising with the organizers of FONASBA events, maintaining records of attendees and ensuring receipt of all registration fees, payment of expenses and similar.
• Booking travel and hotel accommodation for Federation’s officers.
• Monitoring traditional and electronic media for issues of interest to the membership.
• Maintaining the Federation’s accounts including: receiving and making payments, preparing and dispatching membership invoices and ensuring safe receipt of funds, assisting in preparing budgets and other financial reporting requirement.
• Receiving and circulating membership surveys and collecting replies.
• Maintaining membership records.
