Since joining the partnership part-time at 16 years of age I have developed as a professional individual considerably, eventually reaching the position of responsibility I undertake now. I have been entrusted with managerial duties in the absence of managers through demonstrating a high level of customer service and interaction with both the public and fellow partners, developing a passionate and in-depth product knowledge, proving my capability to work under seasonal and time pressures as well as my dedication and enthusiastic involvement with the business and its people. I am an elected representative of the section I work within and attend monthly meetings to discuss relevant branch and business issues and plan events and action strategies as a result of our discussions to maintain both high morale and positive results in branch.
I have been working alongside Rebecca Scheinberg for the past few years covering commercial and artistic shoots, aiding collaborations with museums, start-ups and magazines. This is an ongoing partnership.
I was responsible for a number of tasks that include but are not limited to; research & development of ideas, data organisation, social media marketing, crowdfunding, networking & event planning. The culmination of which was The Freeborn Exchange exhibition and pop-up studio at Chelsea University in Pimlico.
