Sotheby’s has given me an unrivalled insight into the auction world, where I worked in over 20 departments. Working in the Events department where I was assisting as Boardroom and Events Manager meant that I communicated with clients and staff regarding breakfast and lunch bookings as well as the chef, butler and calligrapher regarding menu choices and dietary requirements. I enjoyed the role as each event was different and required attention to detail to ensure all attendees would be satisfied.
