Assisting over the busy Christmas period to arrange and manage accommodation reservations and event bookings for various sized private functions and join-a-parties.
I managed elements of national marketing campaigns and brand/product launches including in-store visuals, multimedia fashion and beauty content and promotional product selections. I quickly developed strong rapport with multiple teams throughout John Lewis as well as external contractors in order to coordinate between departments and represent John Lewis on Styling sessions, model fittings and photo-shoots. I worked closely, as fashion coordinator, with the stylist and production team for the 2015 Christmas TV Advert. Other administrative tasks included trend research, weekly activity, reporting of main campaigns for senior John Lewis partners and directors, creating 2016 Marketing Diary, brand proposition packs and campaign briefs.
Full-time (reduced to part-time to fit around my full time degree). I worked independently supporting 27 care homes across the UK creating marketing materials, sourcing and reviewing alternative promotional options and developing brand visual identity.
