  • SupaPass is a fan-centric streaming platform (web/mobile/app) which allows fans to subscribe directly to their favourite artists. As one of the startup’s initial employees, my role has been wide reaching. My day-to-day responsibilities include: • Working alongside the CEO in developing business/brand partnerships and major label licensing deals • Devising multi-territory launch campaigns and phases for the company, associated artists and specialist brand partners, both B2B and B2C • Managing a team of four people across content, data and PR as well as a team of external bloggers • Establishing a cohesive, authoritative and approachable tone of voice across company wide messaging, branding and third party channels • Extensive copywriting across the platform, blog and social media channels; from creative editorial pieces to writing full-scale press releases • Content creation and implementation, paid and organic, across sites / social • Creating daily editorial calendars for content management and content scheduling • Planning and creating promotional videos and content with third party agencies • Weekly data analysis and reporting on engagement and growth utilising Google Analytics, Sprout Social and third party insights • Budget planning and growth forecasting, presenting to the board at c-level • User experience – heat mapping and A/B testing cross-platform copy to ensure highest possible engagement, usability and retention • Continual development of user acquisition strategy to ensure maximum growth and conversions • Working alongside the business development team in creating decks and pitching to new clients • Working within Agile framework methodologies (daily standups, project management, sprints) • Speaking on panels and presenting at industry events • Monitoring the music & tech industries for trends and new developments

  • Starting as a Label Assistant, I enjoyed five successful years at the label, developing my marketing skills and gaining a 360 understanding of the music industry. My responsibilities included: • Creating and implementing sophisticated multi-territory campaigns to support record releases and tours, tailoring them to the needs of each location • Community management for a variety of artists (of audiences of up to 500,000), selected platforms saw engagement increase by up to 400% during my tenure, which was achieved by my extensive research and understanding of target fan bases • Planning and overseeing the creation of content for websites and social, dealing with third party agencies and production houses when necessary • Weekly data analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns, record sales and tour statistics • Managing large scale budgets for releases, tours and promotional events • Managing a team of PR pluggers to cover TV, radio and press across campaigns internationally • Planning and organising international tours – booking venues, accommodation, arranging travel and applying for global visas • Designing album artwork, tour posters, banner ads and other marketing/promotional material



Little Red Records

  • Little Red Records was an independent vehicle that offered bands a platform to get their music heard. As well as managing artists, we released singles/EPs, organised gigs helped to build presence and grow fan bases. Our bands received airplay on BBC 6 Music, XFM and BBC Introducing and had features in the likes of Time Out, The 405 and Drowned in Sound.
