About me
A BA Hons Drawing graduate from Camberwell University of the Arts in 2012. I have worked as a freelance curator and illustrator for the past 3 years.
In 2012 I established the artist led curatorial arts company ArtPendeo. Showcasing the work of Slade, RCA, Camberwell and Central St Martins graduate work. I have curated events in association with First Thursdays, SLAM and Artlicks.
My freelance illustration work has led me to work with companies such as Tapestry and Ralph Lauren. I have experience working with well known organisations such as Chelsea College of Art, Sedition and Central St Martins. My roles being gallery assistant, gallery invigilator, sales assistant, front of house, gallery technician and marketing and social media executive.
For over a year I have worked for Sedition Art / Blain | Southern in a Social Media and Marketing role. My responsibilities include creating and updating social media, creating and executing marketing campaigns, adminstrative support, events assistance, sales, front of house and picture editing.
I am confident using the Adobe Suite software, Microsoft Office, Excell, Social media platforms, film editing programmes as well as music editing programmes.
Work history
Social Media & Marketing
Sedition Art is an online digital art gallery and a start up company launched by Harry Blain of Blain | Southern Gallery who previously owned Haunch of Venison. I started working as a paid intern in a social media and marketing role. I am now responsible for creating content for social media and updating our social media platforms. I create marketing strategies for events and deal with sales and front of house at our exhibitions and events.
After being employed on a more permanent basis, my responsibilities have spread to sales, web administration, gallery assistant, gallery co-ordinator, front of house and picture editor. I am more than happy to adapt and learn in all different roles.
