  • Design and operate this seminal and leading event in the VR industry. Create event management plan and ensure all departments, venues and contractors are in agreement with and follow it. This includes creating and implementing all health and safety and working practices, reviewing regularly to ensure everyone is compliant. Provide staff and volunteer training, communicating regularly to keep crew motivated and productive. Ensure financial targets are met while reviewing sales and spending alongside the creative director. Ensure the event operates within the company's mission statement and working closely with the creative director to produce an event that is on brand and message. Manage assets, reviewing and approving any equipment needs.
