Implement the staffing strategy in line with client requirements and to ensure the right people are hired who have the right tools to deliver. Assisting in recruitment of staff and volunteers for each event. Building strong working relationships with team Limelight, partners, key suppliers and volunteer groups at a senior and strategic level. Ensuring that all event staffing documentation is to a high standard and sent to individuals and organisations in a timely manner. Working to key project documentation including but not limited to project delivery plans, critical path documents and post event evaluations. Able to negotiate preferable rates with key suppliers to improve profit margins. On the ground empowerment of the wider team, making sure they have the tools, knowledge and skills required to lead on Limelight’s behalf. Working closely with the Project Management, Client Services and Resourcing teams to deliver the staffing aspects of each event. Working closely with your counterpart in other regions to ensure consistency, learnings, and shared knowledge across your function across the globe.
Manage customer relationships by maintaining regular contact and report on any issues - liaise with internal and external customers to achieve outcomes. Improve and streamline current procedures and workflow – integral with the implementation to new management software suites. Log and escalate systems problems reported by customers using Salesforce customer relationship management software. Provide day to day customer service for all of IGT Asia-Pacific’s system products. Enter, track, and maintain project data and track time sheet entries in internal monitoring system - Clarity PPM. Submit and track NSW licencing for all technicians in the Systems team. Provide administration support with system roll-outs, planning, and customer communication. Provide administration assistance to high level management, including Systems Director. Provide administration assistance for Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE) for Marketing and System Sales - including event website set up, marketing mail outs, and providing follow up reports to customers and internal staff. Manage expenses, including management team - Concur Solutions. Prepare purchase orders and invoice payments - SAP. Document controls - proof read and manage reports and manuals to be sent out to customers. Domestic and international travel booking for staff. Maintain the customer extranet and set up logins - Umbraco. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
