PA Duties • Managing diaries for two agents. • Completing both cash and card expenses claims. • Booking domestic and international travel and accommodation for business trips. • Compiling itineraries for trips and arranging relevant accreditation for festivals etc. • Meeting and greeting guests. Client Management • Arranging client meetings. • Making and typing up notes on contracts. • Maintaining records, updating client's CVs and website biographies, filing contracts and other paperwork • Invoicing for work done, including relevant VAT and holiday payments in lieu. • Reading and reporting on scripts and novels by clients and for clients interest. • Sending out, tracking and following up on client submissions and show/ screener invitations. • Drawing up client work/ meeting schedules as relevant. • Running intern and work experience recruitment - reviewing CVs and interviewing candidates where relevant. Managing and supervising interns and work experience placements in office. Development Work – Feature Film, Scripted and Factual Television and Theatre • Creating treatments and investment packs for in house development projects. • Creating and maintaining Development Slates. • Drafting contracts for option and writers agreements and overseeing signature of relevant paperwork. • Keeping track of development spending and budgets. • Booking rehearsal and meeting spaces as required. Social Media Management • Creating and managing a social media policy for the agency including a release schedule for tweeting and adding press nights, premieres, release dates etc. to the website. • Reviewing client's social media accounts and retweeting as relevant. • Overseeing the maintenance of the company website and uploading news stories and images as relevant.
