  • - Manage all aspects of the day to day business whilst ensuring maximum commercial value of the venue diary, box office, bars and restaurant. - Act as licensee to the venue ensuring that all statutory requirements are discharged according to legislation, to include licensing, health & safety and environmental health. - Oversee the management of the venue diary and subsequent marketing to achieve maximum profitability through all ticket sales. - Effectively lead and motivate a team of 7 full time salaried management staff. - Oversee the management of all bars staff, restaurant and kitchen staff, technical team, box office department and security. - Maintain strong working relations with external promoters, agents, artist management and artists directly. - Provide a high level of customer services at all times.
