International Communications Coordinator
Here I supported the Head of Communications Manager in the implementation of PR strategy for the UK as well as assisting with PR agency activity in over 15 markets with particular focus on priority markets - UK, France, Germany, Australia, Japan and China. This involved administration duties, asset management, research support and project coordination.
- Organised and distributed inbound media requests to appropriate team members and agencies.
- Supported product launches, media tours, and marketing partnerships outside of the US.
- Tracked editorial calendars and worked with PR teams to pursue applicable placements.
- Managed reporting processes, including weekly follow-ups and checking on progress of campaigns.
- Developed product launch coverage summaries and highlights decks.
- Took the lead, owned and managed PR roll out plans and execution in select international markets.
- Maintained PR folders on the internal server.
- Tracked product awards and deadlines; helped local market agencies to prepare awards entries.
- Prepared materials including briefing documents, reviewer’s guides, pitches, and holding statements.
- Managed internal PR seeding requests, inventory and shipments.
- Worked directly with top executives.
