Work history

Intern Research-administrator

Arts at the Old Fire Station

Jun 2016
  • • Gathering information on candidate demographics, summarising large amounts of sensitive data in statistical reports. Implemented an Excel logging system to enable ease for future use, ensuring the charity achieved its equality goals • Researching charitable foundations to match with the company, painting a picture of the trust’s personality with the information I could gather from generalised and often obscure online profiles. • After my designing and implementation of event schedules and directions posters, customer feedback saw improvement in venue accessibility • Manipulated wording in advertisements for job vacancies to ensure sensitivity and professionalism • Ensured company’s control over cash flow by cashing up, checking ticket bookings against ticket sales, and creating financial reports using Excel, entering data on the company’s CRM system I also brought my skills to the intensive, one-week arts project Offbeat Festival. Balanced roles of receptionist, stage door manager, administrative officer, and point of liaison for artists. Delegating enquiries to appropriate team member using my knowledge of company roles and engaging audiences in feedback workshops.
