• Project managing international store openings: managing production of POS, acrylics, fixture signage, large format graphics, creative window schemes, 3D props and marketing activity for opening. • Successfully tendering, allocating prop and print based window schemes and international graphic campaigns from trial stage through to production and launch. Working with international brand partners and external suppliers. • Line managing Visual Operations Assistant: training, managing daily workload and personal development plan. • Overseeing budget reports and implementing cost saving exercises such as graphic audits. • Producing critical paths: managing multiple projects and forward planning workload to meet various tight deadlines. • Leading international store and supplier visits to assess brand proposition and identify future visual opportunities. • Translating briefs for international markets: effectively project managing logistics to ensure all visual projects follow company processes, are brand fit and launch on time and within budget. • Implementing new processes to develop emerging markets: sourcing new international suppliers, introducing new briefing strategies and developing market communications. • Managing VM guidelines; communicating sale and POS graphic overviews, window guidelines and visual floor plans. • Managing director requests and problem solving various market needs to ensure all VM projects are fit for purpose.
