About me

Founder of KITÁ, a company dedicated to coaching the creative workforce. It combines the laser-focussed strategy of almost 15 years in international producing, the expansiveness of artist development, and the inquisition and accountability of coaching. Working with different cultural workers from across multiple disciplines and sectors feeds into the company’s lateral and kaleidoscopic understanding and approach. We are a collection of storytellers, innovators, dot-connectors, problem solvers, and truth tellers. We are a very specific and special community; and we have a real role to play in contributing to this weird world - no matter what place or form our role may take. KITÁ is on a mission to support and uplift the people who make up the creative and cultural industries; knowing our work has a unique and important role in the world.
