- Worked as an assistant to the Manager of E-commerce and Operations. - Took care of inventory management and processing of orders, in order to maximise efficiency and profits. - Conducted research into trends, markets and competitors, in order to differentiate, evolve the brand and establish a new niche in the market. - Assisted with studio set up, styling and production during weekly E-commerce shoots for Machine A. - Collected information, pictures, illustrations and more for fashion show curations on the SHOWstudio website and social media channels. - Helped create and implement online marketing campaigns to increase exposure and attract new clients. - Took part in the Balenciaga A/W 18 panel discussion, shot by Nick Knight himself.
- Worked as an Assistant to the Head of Marketing department. - Researched the competitors, their products and marketing strategies, as we were preparing to launch a new product and break the market. - Prepared a report with analysed information on the key competitors in the industry, such as their product placements and audience engagement. - Assisted the in-field Managers in signing new clients and contracts. - Provided customer service for both existing and prospective clients.
