Growing up in Beirut, Lebanon I always knew I wanted to use my creative abilities in communicating important messages. With a family involved in politics, journalism and resistance, I always saw that important messages were not only about words or ideas themselves but also how they were presented and conveyed. Graphic Design has been a great tool of expression and a catalyst for innovating change. I am certain that my skills as a designer will weave perfectly in any new project I venture in.
- Produced a series of visual content for the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, newsletter) - Designed content for future collaboration with Lebanese fashion brand Sarah’s Bags - Designed invitation cards for the launch of the new collection in New York & London - Reorganised Noor Fares’s line sheets
- Assisted the Branding, Digital and Design departments. - Strategy and Identity department: Researching and understanding a brand (Cafe Najjar) - Advertising and Design department: Participating in design decisions and problem-solving for upcoming ads.
- This Foundation course allowed me to formally explore aspects of art and design that I had been experimenting with for many years. - The course also encouraged me to become fastidiously organised in my work which helped me not only with time management, but also to be more effective in translating initial ideas into finished projects. - Research and process were key factors in communicating my different concepts.
