Tasks involved were using the till and taking orders, setting up for the next service, greeting customers at the front of house, bar work and handling customer complaints.
Model & Impact at Hollister Westfields, London & Hollister Chapelfields, Norwich. Part-time work in stock management as Impact worker. This involved sorting, security tagging and back stocking deliveries, checking sizes for store assistants and occasional cleaning work. As a model my job involved greeting customers, handling customer complaints, answering the phone, operating the till and supervising the changing rooms. An important part of my jobs was being friendly, outgoing and adding to the welcoming environment of the store.
Checking inventory as well as general office organisation. Searching catalogues for artworks that had been sold by Simon Dickinson and creating an inventory of the articles. Answering phone calls and liaising with the senior team.
My duties whilst working at Robilant e Voena were organising their large library of books and cataloguing them. I helped with other administrative duties such as answering the phone and running errands. Also working on paperwork concerning art handling and transportation.
During this week I was involved in administration and contacting employees about their usage of employment websites. I was in charge of ascertaining whether registration to said websites could be cancelled in order to save money and/or find more useful companies to use and register with. I was also in charge of deleting or publishing comments made on the Impellam Group website. Reference available.
I organised and updated their extensive sample library. I also helped to find artworks for upcoming jobs they were designing for, using a combination of internet research and catalogues to make suggestions to fit the budget.
