Assisting the Account Manager and Account Director on daily tasks
Providing administrative, editorial and technical support to both the Press and Marketing teams
Helping to set up Arts Club and Shaped in Mexico events, including live tweeting talks and exhibitions and client liaison
Filing and reporting on all of our client’s press coverage, and compiling reports, as well as formulating research reports. Including liaison between all impacted departments to ensure appropriate communications and reporting practices
Organising the details of special events, travel arrangements, corporate agendas and itineraries by compiling individual press packs for colleagues and clients
Compiling daily papers each morning into a document that could then be send to clients
Creating online, print and social media cuttings as well as updating the relevant reports.
Managing the company’s personal social media accounts as well as occasionally writing Twitter and Instagram posts for client’s accounts
Writing the daily Pelham blog
Completing research projects such as a database of top theatre related blogs

Model & Impact at Hollister Westfields, London & Hollister Chapelfields, Norwich. Part-time work in stock management as Impact worker. This involved sorting, security tagging and back stocking deliveries, checking sizes for store assistants and occasional cleaning work. As a model my job involved greeting customers, handling customer complaints, answering the phone, operating the till and supervising the changing rooms. An important part of my jobs was being friendly, outgoing and adding to the welcoming environment of the store.
