It is a Kantar (Data Investment Management division of WPP) business with offices throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Hybrid role combining in-house designer within product development team and designer/consultant for agency client projects. Design • Design-lead on multi-language online survey product used by aprox 2.35m users a month • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers and data analysts to oversee the end-to-end experience of the products and beyond • Deliver interface and interaction designs at all levels from IA to page-level UI, paper to prototype • Assist engineering in defining product specifications, parameter naming conventions and product taxonomy • Experience designing for React.js framework Collaborate • Provide and encourage feedback from team members and push for continual internal product audit to raise standard and quality • Regularly contribute to high-level strategic decisions and business requirement analysis underpinning the product development • Frequently present design concepts and deliverables to the product team, executive teams as well as senior external stakeholders Research • Planned, coordinated and implemented research involving 20,000+ users on the impact of icons in UI and market research data • Created multiple user testing scripts and facilitated user testing with external user researchers and moderators • Carry out product, user flow and business process analysis on clients’ existing products to identify areas of UX improvements Share • Facilitate internal workshops / training and invited by ESOMAR to run masterclass in Amsterdam and San Francisco (Summer 2016) • Speaker at multiple conferences • Co-author of industry whitepaper and presenter at ESOMAR Congress 2015 on visual literacy and use of icons Notable clients include; MillerCoors MTV GroupM (Mindshare, Maxus, MediaCom) IPG Mediabrands William Hill
