About me

A seasoned entrepreneur and digital agency principal with 20 years experience of assembling and inspiring high performing, multi disciplinary teams focused on digital innovation through user research, customer experience and business strategy, and service design. I have an instinct for spotting and developing talent and creating the circumstances in which great work can occur. Having co founded and successfully exited two digital businesses via trade sale and MBO, I have astute commercial sense and the grit to hit milestones on time and on budget. Being an agency head during 2 decades of unprecedented business and technology advances, I have provided digital strategy advice and counsel to senior level clients in several public and private sector businesses. This experience means I am equally comfortable in board level scenarios, driving innovation programmes from the front and dealing with the idiosyncrasies of exceptional people. With 4 children still in education I have little down time but continue to paint almost every week. I cook to a reasonably high standard and enjoy nothing more than gathering people around a table for great food, wine and conversation. I have a passion for buildings and architecture that was instilled in me by my father who spent his life as a carpentry contractor. A passion that has led to the redevelopment of several homes in London and a new build house that my wife and I designed and built from scratch.
