  • Entertainment Collateral
Entertainment CollateralEntertainment Collateral BFI British Film Institute BFI film festival, a tribute to this century’s most prolific film makers and producers. I based the design on the striking, nostalgic and iconic early VHS home video covers. This format was chosen to highlight the longevity, humour and creativity of these individuals’ work. I believe this also resonates one of the golden ages of film-making, with most -- if not all -- of their best work created during this innovative and ground-breaking period. So press “Rewind”, sit back, and enjoy the show.
  • Brouchure
BrouchureBrochure Norwegian Cruise Lines This example is of a preview/mid-season cruise-line brochure. Produced in-house working with other studio members. The brochure, aimed at families and the over 30’s, comprised of 44 pages, had a large amount of information about destinations and excursions, pricing, ship layouts/ deck plans, corresponding images and legal information that all had to be fitted into a fun, colourful and accessible composition that would captivate and encourages paxs to get on board.
  • Packaging
PackagingBoutique Beer Packaging Furlong Brewery Furlong, the winners’ circle. Boutique beer branding based on the sport of kings. All aspects of this fun and lively design have been based on elements from the race-track, from the colour squares of the jockeys, enclosure passes, and of course the famous Tote. The target ‘punters’ are a 30-something crowd who like a bet on something fresh, different and innovative, yet are still interested in quality and tradition. The graphics serve to be fun, but not a joke; they would, and should, appeal to a drinker interested in a fulfilling yet new experience, that’s always a winner.
  • Packaging
PackagingBoutique Brewery Branding Astro Brewery Astro is a concept brewing company designed with an alternative clientele in mind, a young trendy female audience, yet also appealing to their male counterparts. The identity has been positioned with a fun twist that would resonate and amplify the senses of a young image-conscious audience looking to engage with a modern, less established, traditional brewing experience. The clean ‘cosmic’ approach has an interesting and mystic styling which could be positioned at festivals or at more cultured events such as theatre performances. This approach is something a little bit different, something out of this world.
  • Corporate Identity
Corporate IdentityCorporate Identity The Arbiter Public House The rebranding of a new business venture. The brief was to design a traditional, old-style brand that would fit in a modern setting. The logo was designed to appeal to Fulham’s elite, who wanted an old-school pub experience, artisan food and well-made drinks, with a modern ‘twist’. The brand is adaptive and has been used to create greetings cards, promotional items, and various signage around the business.
  • Salford Website Rebrand
Salford Website RebrandCommunity Rebrand Salford City Council The identity created for Salford City Council was based on a historical element from the town’s rich industrial and cultural past, James Nasmyth’s steam hammer. The idea was to forge a union between the past and Salford’s future, as a new, modern, thriving and cosmopolitan city. The brand has a solid, established and industrial-heritage approach, yet is modern and adaptive and works in a multitude of different colour palettes, which allows it to be used on a broad range of design media and platforms. The hole situated in the middle of the logo composition is a nod to the area’s rich musical history, has been inspired by the snap-in plastic insert known as a “spider” found on old 45 records which brings a subtle ‘note’ to the piece.
