    I am firstly customer facing engineer who looks after and installs the telecoms network and resolves customer issues face to face. I started with a two in a half year apprenticeship where along with learning engineering skills I have also learnt good business skills such as managing projects in the local community and taking charge of roles such as "employee care representative" within my engineering team which entails me being the go to person with the engineers problems which I would have to resolve. I have also helped my managers with sitting with them through interviews which was a really helpful experience to broaden my knowledge.
