About me

Hey there! I'm Sébastien Dubois-Didcock, International Culinary | Food & Drink | Travel Photographer. Since my time studying at the fine arts program at Ryerson University, I've focused my craft on the food industry - its values, philosophies and the importance if holds in our society. Having grown up in kitchens and hotels, my understanding of the industry and the important influence food has on culture and social interactions have deeply influenced the way I approach and create my work. Looking at it from both an industry, and consumer perspective allows me to tell unique stories and create visuals that relate to various market demographics. My journey has taken me across Canada, as well as to England and France, where I have had the opportunity to work with people from all spectrums of the industry. From everyday cooks to food producers, and three-star Michelin chefs, I seek to tell the stories of the people who feed our global community. Currently working between London | Paris | Toronto Open and available to freelance opportunities
