Currently employed as Marketing Manager for Avertec Limited, an independent franchise of O2 Telefonica UK. I have worked with the brand the past ten years and progressed into my role in 2012 to lead the marketing department. I have an amazing role although stretched into many directions I love the crazy fast pace world. The brand has taught me so much and set the standards which I thoroughly enjoying maintaining.
As mentioned my role is stretched and here are the main duties and the experience I can share:
Strategic planning with regional management to achieve quarterly targets.
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns in line with O2 marketing objectives.
Design and develop campaigns.
Art working and design for internal communications.
Producing and designing quarterly newsletter.
Text, Email and Mail distribution campaigns to target various audiences.
Work closely with TC Communications for compliance on Branding and Legal for each piece of artwork created.
Approving artwork for campaigns.
Ordering all collateral, merchandise and sales material.
Advertising across multiple channels. (Social media, Websites, Magazines, Billboards, Newspapers and Online)
Managing all our social media platforms.
Create Digital, Facebook and Twitter banners for social media campaigns.
In charge of new company website due to launch by May 2018.
Managing marketing budget, invoices and reclaims working with finance department.
Liaising and maintaining vendor/supplier relationships to maximize opportunity and ambassador projects.
Sponsorship handling consisting of proposals, overseeing contract, communication and branding.
Spearhead the Innovation projects to raise company profile. Two projects created and approved by O2.
Overseeing all charity partnerships/projects.
Host and attend B2B Events with SMB team to promote O2 Business services for data capture.
Host and attend B2C Events promoting O2 key campaigns for data capture and brand exposure.
Events management.
Create all documentation for award entries. (Two wins to date and booklets available for viewing).
Training and inducting new starters to the business.
Assist two directors with their diaries and travel arrangements.
Site manager for franchise head office, islington. (In charge of reception, maintenance and health & safety).
