About me

Former Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator for luxury men's shoe brand, looking for next step in a marketing and/or online position. I have gained thorough experience in all sectors of running an emerging luxury brand, specifically and more recently in the wholesale and PR/marketing department. Prior to this, I was involved with the opening of two Mr. Hare stores and launching then managing the online site. I am now craving a new challenge to push my capabilities, so that I can grow in a direction of interest to me. I am capable of learning quickly and working with a logical and commercial awareness, which can be accounted for at various periods of my time at Mr. Hare. I am extremely driven to gain results for the company I work for and to achieve in my personal career. I am an excellent communicator, which I have developed through my education and by working for a small and quickly growing brand - being proactive and organised are qualities I excel in.

  • • Main point of contact for all wholesale enquiries, looking after around twenty UK and international stockists, working closely with logistics and stock, production, press and accounts to provide an efficient running of biannual orders. • Conduct sales appointments with buyers in London, Florence and Paris including negotiation of payment and shipping terms. • Process orders, invoicing and shipping alongside the relevant departments. • Analysis of buying patterns and KPIs with stockists and within our retails stores - moving around stock and ensuring the wholesale business is continually performing. • Report on each collection at the end of every season. • Set budgets biannually, taking into consideration individual clients and their sell through performance. • Seasonally plan business development for wholesale and marketing in territories. • Assist Marc Hare in buying for our online and retail stores by reviewing sell through reports and predicting trends quarterly. I have seen strong growth in certain SKUs. • Launched RTW line to buyers and picked up several new stockists. Work with new stockists each season on brand awareness and training, marketing and sell through. • Work closely with our PR agency to ensure press and marketing is backing up sales in correct areas by organising plans and pushes each season. Liaise with retail and eCommerce teams to ensure marketing initiatives are put in place and followed through. • Main point of contact for all ticket requests for collection launches/presentations, working alongside Marc Hare and our PR agency each season to book locations, catering and production for shows. • Worked on the shoot of our SS16 campaign film and presentation to launch full Ready-To-Wear line. • Schedule meetings and manage diary for Marc Hare as well as booking all travel for company trips – main point of contact for all enquiries relating to Marc.

  • • Alongside our web and design developers and Marc Hare, I helped launch and began managing I was still involved in running the website (up to May 2015) and in over two years since going live, with no prior formal online experience, increased turnover by 60% from year 2013 to 2014. This role was completely self-taught. • Created a CRM procedure after assessing our customer groups to incentivise customers/sales. • Acquired and maintained new customers through online PR, blogging and social media, affiliate marketing, PPC, email marketing and a continual personal sales relationship with regular customers. • Organised, managed and executed marketing calendar each season – taking into consideration press, production and events. • Online PR, blogging, social media and email marketing were my main focus – wrote content and produced ideas for each week’s promotion through these channels and made sure they were put in place. Contributed to these areas up until May 2015. • Analysis of Google Analytics to determine customer visiting/buying patterns and to react on this information for future marketing and website updates. • Wrote product selling points online each season and copy check story text, which is written by Marc, for any grammatical errors. • Made changes to the site via the CMS Magento back end – visual merchandising, updating product, images, text, pages and collections. • Report on a weekly basis to the entire company and investors via email.
