About me
An ambitious, passionate, driven and multilingual Business Management Graduate looking to embark on a career in Account Management within the Advertising Industry. Having studied a very broad degree, I realised that I was particularly interested in consumer behaviour and the aspects of Business that affect consumer behaviour. I undertook a wide range of projects in Consumer Psychology, Marketing, Advertising, Language & Organisation, as well as other modules which analysed and addressed the effects on consumer behaviour. Furthermore, I have held multiple customer-facing roles in multiple cities in two countries, which has enhanced my understanding of consumer behaviour. Additionally, the one thing I value most about myself is being a strong and competent team player, which I know is one of the fundamental elements to being a successful Account Manager.

    Scope of Work: Responsible for both Women & Menswear Sales and stock management in the largest store in the region. Achievements: • Exceeded Monthly Sales Targets on a regular basis by adapting to consumer needs quickly, proactivity and usage of multiple language skills. • Contributed to sales growth by cross-selling using personal sales techniques, setting an example of the team. Lessons: The importance of cultural differences and sensitivities as the role required serving & working within a very international environment.

Achievements: • Exceeded Monthly Sales Targets and was transferred to multiple stores in order to set an example to others. • Spearheaded and implemented visual merchandising techniques in the store, measuring success by increased level of footfall and then adapting accordingly.
