- Coordinate production and logistics (shipment, storage, loans and artworks condition report) for major touring exhibitions: Esprit Dior exhibitions in Shanghai (2013) Tokyo (2014), Seoul (2015) and Miss Dior exhibitions in Paris (2013), Shanghai (2014), Beijing (2015). - Develop a condition programme for all display units in the archive and a maintenance plan for their cleaning, repair and restoration; responsible for their detailed planning and management. - Research and creation of an iconographic data base from French Vogue ranging from 1947 to 1975. - Cultural mediation documents translation for museum exhibitions or internal presentation (FR to EN) - Researcher for stylists, improving their access to Dior visual heritage, archival materials and fashion ressources. - Preparation of the 70th anniversary of the House (major retrospective exhibition & book publication) : Compiling a global inventory of all Dior items in worldwide museum collections and private collectors.
- Organizing human and material resources to involve Hackney community & youth into a large peace-themed mural painting during the 2012 Olympics. - Reached out to local schools and youth organizations, inviting them to join the Pieces for Peace, With Youth from Around the World Program. - Led workshops explaining the project, distributing materials, engaging pupils in discussion about peace, what it means to them and collecting their completed artworks. - Fundraised from corporate sponsors & developed strategic partnerships to provide organizational support (Atos, Sony Music, Keim Paint etc.) - Scouted wall location, dealt with London authorities to obtain painting permit from Transport for London, assisted lead artists in all phases of the mural project, from priming and painting the wall to recruiting volunteers and coordinating their schedule, coordinated media event. - Conducted summer partnership with the Saatchi Education Department to set weekly worshops in the Gallery West London site, offering kids to create their own image of peace that would end in the Pieces for Peace travelling exhibition displayed in both the Saatchi Education Room and Gallery.
