I am currently a first year student in BA Photography programme at Camberwell Collage of the Arts (UAL). I have a keen interest in photography and Media studies, I had Art and design and media studies in my A-levels and have obtained all A and A*s grades. I am a bubbly, positive person with attention to detail, who likes to interact and communicate with people. It is important for me to complete my work on time and to the highest quality possible. During my previous job I had to communicate with students over the phone, e-mail and face-to-face, providing them with information regarding course requirements and help with the application process on a daily basis. I really enjoyed the experience. I am at the moment volunteering in Camden gallery helping with the opening and closing the Gallery as well as answering any questions the visitors have regarding any of the art work. This role also involves extensive research and preparation, as I am required to have a well rounded knowledge of each exhibition which comes to the CAC gallery in order to be able to provide the visitors there with accurate information. Compared to my previous jobs (which involved working with students), this job involves working with a wider variety of people (ranging from children to the elderly). Consequently, it is required to always appear approachable and be very interactive, positive and front facing.
