About me
My ambition is to carve a career within television and film production. I believe that appealing concepts with quality production values still have the capacity to provoke debate and be culturally significant, whether the content is factual or fiction. It was whilst working on my short film in my third year of university that I managed to experience many different roles within the industry. I was given the opportunity to contribute and show my desire and passion for the industry. I am seeking a position that will allow me to utilise my capabilities and be an energetic team member. To do this I realise that I must start on the lowest rung of the ladder, which I am eager to do. I am motivated and independently minded and am not only passionate, I am determined to follow this path.

During my degree, I learnt a number of different skills from design to production. Whilst my third year I focused on Production and developed my knowledge of this are further. The skills included. Mermaidtale Productions, Rainbow Corner. - I worked on a short film that was set in the 1940’s during my last semester. My roles within the production team were Producer, cinematographer, and editor. It was an incredible challenge to not only organise a cast and crew of over 30 people but to create an authentic looking film on our kickstarter budget.
