  • Modernised Culture
Modernised CultureThis explores the contrast between modern design and simple colour palettes comprised of whites, creams, greys and blacks with traditional embroidery, textured materials and rich colours. With this shift of style over the generations comes a shift of the power women possess. The modern woman is sleek, sophisticated and powerful as reflected through the caped dress whilst still retaining an aire of femininity and delicacy. This is represented by the intricate beading showcasing a kaleidoscopic palette of crimsons , saffrons and ochres.
