I am a multidisciplinary UX designer passionate for improving products/services through user-centred processes and cross-functional collaboration in Agile/Scrum. I have worked in Taiwan, the UK and Italy with specialisation in project planning, user research, interface/interaction design and product innovation.
Outside of work, I love creating interactive objects with microcontrollers such as Arduino and enthusiastically play finger exercises on the piano.
I enjoy discovering foreign places and people, learning new languages and attitudes towards life. Now I am permanently living in Germany.

At the global innovation agency isobar, I led UCD design process (2-3 members) on a global experience-led commerce project, transforming business requirements, end-users' needs and stakeholders' points of view into Adobe Magento design solutions. Apart from this, I pitched for project opportunities, ran workshops with clients (10-35 participants), and took part of isobar NowLab for tech innovation.

I drove design by conducting user research of media use and commerce shopping behaviours for Yahoo international media (UK focused) and e-commerce (Shopping and Store, Auction) services. Research findings together with business requirements were gathered to create design directions and content strategies in product iteration.
