About me
I am an enthusiastic, hardworking, organised person, with a wide knowledge of Customer Service, administration and media experience. I am a keen and fast learner with a sharp eye for detail. I thrive on resolving challenges and enjoy participating in projects and assignments. In my current role as a Viewer Services Officer at ITV I have been responsible for responding to intricate queries and complaints from viewers as well as creating spreadsheets and ensuring that information is distributed to my colleagues so that they are able to work in a more efficient and organised manner. My ability to relay information in a clear and concise manner has led to me being chosen, as well as putting myself forward, to attend team and production meetings as a minute taker. Working on a live show, I have had to collect real time data from social media, emails and text messages regarding topics and debates on the programme and deliver this information to the production crew to be used on the programme. Working on a live programme is very fast-paced and I have shown excellent skills in sourcing callers for live phone-in’s and arranging for these callers to speak live on air. Outside of my full-time job at ITV I currently run a blog and YouTube channel. I edit and produce videos, in which I discuss modern-day culture, music, fashion and lifestyle topics. I am very media savvy and make sure to keep all my social media platforms including, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, updated with relevant information. With the experience that I have acquired in and out of work, and along with my bubbly personality I believe I have all that you as an employer would require a successful applicant to possess.
