  • As a Showroom Intern, I assist the Showroom Coordinator on the over- all showroom and sample management. I am responsible for process- ing and tracking product samples as they move in and out of the show- room. Duties include: • Using GPS to effectively manage samples and oversee all send outs • Dealing with ad-hoc sample requests • Supporting international sample activity and booking couriers • Booking in new season samples and archiving collections • Managing the showroom ensuring it is organised at all times • Creating client press clippings • Assisting on coordination of PR events - SS20 press day and Aries x New Balance launch
