I capture emotions. A stranger on the street, a family being a family on a sun-kissed Sunday afternoon, or a father walking his daughter down the aisle. There is always a moment worth preserving for years to come, and generations to see.
Food however - draws me in like no other. From street-vendors to fine-dining restaurants and everything in between. There's just something about being able to capture such dynamic, sensory driven elements; the textures, the colours, the aromas and preserve them in something as simple as a still photograph. When that photograph evokes more emotion than the dish itself - I know I have done it justice.
