Start-up project, launching London sales office within the Hilton London Metropole - my role is to apply and ensure the application of the Marketing strategy from HGVC European HQ, to maximise occupancy and opportunity at the Sales office. Responsibilities include: - Liaising closely with Marketing Manager planning marketing, sales and PR activity. - Assisting in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs. - Distributing promotional information and incentives to guests and visitors. - Responsible for managing all customer bookings and enquiries, and administer all routes of reservations. - To welcome all hotel guests and visitors into the sales office to Hilton standards, and to ensure their well-being, satisfaction and comfort when sitting in on a HGVC presentation. - General Marketing and Sales admin to support colleagues at peak times, from filling expenses to inputting sales reports.
- Managing the delivery of client and internal SEO link-building, administering all routes to ensure content was published on time and to client standards. - Managing internal social media accounts (Wordpress blog, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook.) - Responsible for updating internal website content and design, for example assigning colour coordination. - PA support to Director, including arranging travel arrangements and creating / proofreading PowerPoint presentations. - Managing a team of 6 copywriters and 2 interns and delegating work to them. And assisting in the recruitment of 2 new employees.
- Assisting the Creative Director with Marketing campaigns, to ensure the smooth running of product launches. - Social media strategy and execution (Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter), and acquiring online PR coverage for the brand. - Co-ordinated 2 seasonal photo shoots to feed into content strategy. - Managing direct seasonal send-outs. - Website management (Magento) and content creation for products and the Fin's For Him blog. - General office and showroom management, from being the first point of contact for deliveries, ordering office stationary, to merchandising products and ensuring the showroom was kept clean and tidy at all times. - Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries; ensuring a pleasant experience to encourage brand loyalty. - Liaising with suppliers, conducting daily, weekly and monthly sales and stock reports. - General PA duties including setting up meeting rooms, diary management for the Director, and international travel arrangements.
