About me
I have always been interested in art - in all its forms - from a very young age. From sketching, painting to poetry and story writing however, as I came into adulthood the reality of needing to make a decent living and doing what I loved seemed like a difficult goal to achieve. Until I discovered the foundation art course at Caerleon campus in Newport, which opened my eyes to the world of digital and advertising design. From that moment I knew I wanted to be a part of the industry, where I could fully exercise my creative abilities and channel them in a productive way. I am always eager to learn more about this industry and gain as many skills as possible.
Projects
- 'Pop up Arcade'Brief - Take an existing, unknown or forgotten brand/product and explore its use of convergent media. The Idea - We decided to 'reboot' the traditional arcade experience by creating a gaming app supported by Costa coffee, that unlocked a different well known arcade video game every week by using the QR code found on the POS across all Costa shops. Completing games earns the user tokens and once filled, they can claim a free Costa Drink.
