During my time at Claires I created a positive and rich customer experience making sure to prioritise theClaires values of going above and beyond for each customer and achieving my sales goals. This was a fundamental part ofbeing a part of the Claire’s team creating a friendly and comfortable environment for all visitors. A large part of my role at Claire’s was to assist customers in selecting products and providing in-depthknowledge regarding product features and benefits such as promotional offers and our piercing services.I also operated the POS system processing customer transactions and returns. The role also led me toaddress any customer concerns and complaints as we were a small branch of Claire’s it was important that all team members were versatile and trained in all areas. While at Claire’s I developed my ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment as there were many aspects to my responsibilities including inventory management, restocking products, and merchandising displays tomaximize sales while maintaining a clean and organized store, including ensuring products wereproperly displayed and stocked
