• Managed complex large scale implementation: principal project manager working with BBC during their move to a new reporting platform. Tasks included: scoping, project initiation and document preparation, business requirements workshops, tracking and co-ordinating high-level dependencies between internal/external technical teams, setting and meeting deadlines
• Collaborated with Sales team on meeting MSA requirements and directly managed milestones, contributed to pre-sales opportunities by preparing documentation and assessing product capabilities for tender proposals
• Client & stakeholder management: day-to-day management of internal and external senior stakeholders; devised business to business B2B communication and reporting strategy between enterprises, including: weekly/quarterly review, progress reporting, proposal development and team support during commercial negotiation (documentation and tracking), responsible for relationship/client management and conflict resolution
• Financial/time management: project estimates, project tracking and reporting, worked to meet quarterly/yearly revenue targets
• Coordination of cross-functional project teams: managing project teams comprising 20+ resources, based in different countries/continents
• Lead the implementation of Single Sign On (SSO) for the entire BBC Public service enterprise
• JIRA space maintenance: managed production work requests and change requests, assign tasks, outline specifications and requirements, follow process for assigned tasks with different teams (both on the client and supplier side)
• Directed an array of smaller projects: for other media clients (Virgin Media, Mail Online)
