Using the experience I’ve gained over the last 16 years working in HR & Recruitment focussed roles in music and across the media, I set up BIY Future Talent to inspire, motivate and educate young people, helping them kick start their career in the music industry. I work with a number of businesses, universities and community organisations to provide practical, real world advice to interns and entry-level talent about working in the business side of music. Alongside this, I offer People, Talent and HR consultancy advice and solutions to small and medium sized creative businesses. My approach to HR is focussed around people, culture and business needs. I don’t believe that a “one size fits all” approach to HR works, every employee and every business is different, culture is key, and therefore it's essential to make sure the HR approach is aligned with these factors.
