During the last two years with my present employer, I have been successfully taking care of the creation and organisation of film sets. There, I developed a wide range of skills, from researching and developing a concept to the setting up. Key tasks included coordinating all the logistics as well as taking care of day-to-day office tasks, such as managing petty cash and invoicing. Other tasks included managing photographic archives, scheduling meetings with other departments and set dressing especially when filming on location.
During this time I assisted the gallery curator during with the organisation of temporary exhibitions, Daily tasks included writing newsletters in german and english, invoicing, arranging transportation and insurance for the paintings, managing photographic archives, answering phones and emails and responding to queries.
