My role as a booking agent at Broadway studios required me to sale photography experiences to customer. My day to day roles included, general accounts management, up-sale to customers and database management.
My role at Journolink as a social media manager involved general account management with all our social streams such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. I also dealt with building relationship with brand advocates and influencers, alongside general management and brand partnerships. Interrupting the information from the reports and analytics after all campaigns.
