    • Spear heading the delivery of the company’s diverse visual identity and global brand message. • Executed 5 x 18 week summer long Ibiza club night residency campaigns at some of the world’s most famous nightclubs in including Pacha, Space, and Amnesia. Working alongside the events departments to ensure the highly coveted weekly nights have a strong visual presence on and off the island through unique marketing strategies, diverse DJ line ups and unique promotional items. • Delivered successful one-off large-scale events at the Miami Winter Music Conference (WMC), Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) and Defected’s Anniversary parties at the Ministry of Sound and Oval Space London. • Project management of the 2013 label re-brand which repositioned it as the leading music company in House music. Achieved via a new creative direction, logo and oversight of design, development and launch of a new website. Responsible for enhancing the company’s presence in the market through the use of an online and street marketing awareness campaign pre and post launch. • Management of the House Masters Frankie Knuckles compilation project – a non-profit charity release in collaboration with the Elton John Aids Foundation. Working alongside Directors at the Elton John Aids Foundation, the compilation raised significant income and awareness within the dance music community of the Foundations work with young men who struggle to get compassionate information and treatment about HIV and AIDS. • Delivered marketing strategies that encompassed all aspects of the company to deliver campaigns that ‘connect the dots’ between live events, recordings, music publishing, catalogue exploitation and social media. • Responsible for driving new business leads, sales and raising product awareness by planning and implementing carefully crafted, international marketing campaigns ensuring they are tested and delivered on time and to budget. • In-depth campaign management: Develop creatively-strong, mobile-responsive and highly targeted global email and direct mail campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.

    • Responsibility for entire recordings output for one of the World’s leading independent dance music labels. • Influential in securing a Defected In The House Live event at Apple’s 2010 iTunes Festival at Camden’s Roundhouse venue. Including logistical management of all aspects of the night’s proceedings, which involved a live broadcast on ITV television and live streaming on www.myspace.com. • Lead responsibility for the promotional and marketing activity around the event, working directly with senior members of the Apple UK team. • Project managing campaigns in collaboration with senior members of the Ministry of Sound team for chart hit club singles: Storm Queen ‘Look Right Through’ (#1), MK ‘Always’ (#12) , Oliver Dollar ‘Pushing On’ (#15) . Taking each single from low-level club records to BBC Radio 1 A Playlists. • Commissioned and delivered music videos for commercially successful single releases. • Responsible for the flagship ‘Defected In The House’ compilation series. Overseeing all aspects of the release from concept through to physical and digital global retail and its marketing reach. • Managing creative and brand consultants with well-constructed briefs, and constructive feedback to ensure the Defected brand message is delivered. • Label Project management / Catalogue Exploitation: Launching and repositioning a number of house music record label catalogues. Transitioning catalogues into the digital World and ensuring all assets are available for global exploitation through strategic back catalogue campaigns re-mastering and re-marketing old releases to a new breed of dance music consumer. • Team management: Managed a team of creative individuals responsible for the release of artist singles, albums and compilations. • Budgeting & P&L: Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and generation of revenue for each individual release. Setting & controlling own budgets and working to these to execute the most cost effective and commercial successful results. • Legal / Business Affairs: Generation & negation of licensing deals • Oversight of online marketing campaigns including E-mail campaign development and distribution, SEO optimization and creative & strategic oversight of label social media • Artist Management: Working with artists to progress their individual careers.
