An ambitious self-starter with management & business experience that spans 28 years across design, printing, marketing & events that, together with strong interpersonal & creative skills have enable me to achieve success at every stage of my career. ENTREPRENEURIAL Set up & ran an SME for more than 20 years, growing the business to became a leading supplier of event & marketing stationery in London to clients that include Braun, Deutch Bank, HSBC, The Houses of Parliament & Rolls Royce. The acquisition of a competitor’s business saw company grow with further new clients, equipment and a larger and more skilled workforce. INTERPERSONAL & COMMUNICATIONS I am in my comfort zone when presenting solutions to clients, managing employees, project managing printed and digital marketing, delivering pitches & creating marketing material with proven wins running my own company and in employed roles for BT, Media Ten and Print4UK.     NEW BUSINESS: Reporting to two directors, key responsibility include developing new business opportunities and managing existing clients. • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Taking client briefs; Preparing estimates; Overseeing projects from concept through to final delivery; Problem handling and solving to ensure delivery of projects on time and to the highest quality. • CREATIVE: Advising creative options in print and on-line; Adhering to brand guidelines; Effective copy writing; Creating content for marketing collateral and social media; Updating Print4UK brand. • MARKETING: Re branding of digital and printed marketing collateral; Evolving a USP; Delivery of two marketing campaigns announcing brand update and new additional services. • ADDING VALUE: Introduced new “branded goods” service together with on-line digital brochure. • COMMUNICATIONS: Verbal and written, establishing new contacts to target; Arranging meetings and delivering sales presentations; Strengthening existing relationships through effective communications.
