About me
Advertising legend Sir John Hegarty has worked in the creative industries for over six decades, co-founding Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) in 1982. It became one of the most talked about and awarded advertising agencies in the world, responsible for the likes of Audi's Vorsprung durch Technik campaign and Levi’s series of pioneering commercials. Sir John was awarded a knighthood in 2007 for services to the creative industries, won the D&AD President’s Award for outstanding achievement and been admitted to the US One Show Advertising Hall of Fame. In 2014 he co-founded The Garage Soho, a media and advertising tech start-up incubator, with Tom Teichmann, Chairman of SPARK Venture Management.
