- Building and maintaining relationships with Getaways accounts featuring on the Groupon platform - Regularly liaising with business partners to provide operational advice and support to ensure the smooth running of each promotion - Consulting partners on maximising feature success with upselling and repeat customer tips - Maintaining inter-departmental communication to ensure continued partner satisfaction including Sales, Finance, Strategic Planning and Customer Service - Reporting and data analysis for internal and external use
- Providing operational and technical advice to all Groupon partners within the United Kingdom and Ireland - Implementing client booking systems, provide system training and produce necessary reports to improve partner operational processes - Providing training and updates on various partner systems to department and company - Liaising with international developers to continually improve partner systems by providing feedback on business requirements, documenting specifications and logging all system faults and bugs - Working closely with Partner Managers, Strategic Planning and Sales departments to analyse and pinpoint partners best suited to usage of Groupon’s booking systems. This analysis varies by examining variables such as deal structures and industry sectors - Developing and maintaining system user guides for internal and external use - Designing and creating websites for new business partners
