My passion for traveling started from a very young age. My career path has deployed me across the world, including Oceania, Asia, UAE, Central America and Europe. I have recently completed a project in Nagasaki, Japan where I helped project manage 33 teak installation professionals, from a range of countries. Organising 33 male contractors, presented a wide variety of challenges. This role required delegation of tasks, monitoring of work and maintaining a positive workforce. I have a positive mental attitude, and focused on keeping a harmonious and productive attitude among the team. The project we worked on was called AIDA PERLA, an 18 deck cruise ship which had to be launched to a strict times schedule by May. Another aspect I was employed for was my bilingual skills of Spanish and English, as the specialist teak team was predominantly made up of a Spanish foreman and English workers. My experience working on luxury superyachts has allowed me to provide high end customer service to numerous clients in a variety of places where discipline, attention to detail, organisation and good levels of and communication are a must. Prior to Yachting I worked for an Airline. This gave me extensive experience in administration, secretarial and technical support role. Including but not limited to, scheduling appointments, ensuring travel arrangements and managing diaries.
