About me

In my previous life I was a librarian and archivist. A month spent in Afghanistan in 2008 working on Aina’s digital photography archive convinced me I wanted to work in photography and with photographers, which I have done ever since. I am an experienced creative producer/project manager and photo editor with 10 years experience working in the photography industry. As Education Manager for Magnum Photos, I am responsible for the programming and managing of Magnum’s educational activities, including developing and producing photography workshops, masterclasses and the Magnum x London College of Communication Intensive Documentary Photography course. Prior to that, I worked at Panos Pictures in London and NOOR in Amsterdam, as commissioning editor, photo editor and project manager, working for magazines (TIME, The Guardian, Le Monde), NGOs (Oxfam, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch), agencies (Ogilvy, Animl) and institutions.
