As an administrator, my role was varied, and high pressured. Time management, organisation and excellent communication skills were crucial. My role included: • Working with complex IT databases, such as SIMs and Nursery Manager • Analysing data and producing reports using Microsoft packages • Organising and updating children's confidential records and forecasting nursery spaces • Managing sickness, special leave and annual leave for over 100 staff • Processing invoices, payments and fees • Filing, faxing, photocopying and minute taking • Answering parent enquires via email, telephone and face to face • Supervising children aged 5 and under, ensuring they are in a safe, secure and happy environment • Creating posters for events and running after school workshops
