Translator: Bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical colleagues. Translated analysis conducted for 7 markets for large energy client whilst leading European workshops on their behalf. Storyteller: Key client facing role. Storytelling and presenting all analysis conducted with strategy and recommendations. Purpose of this was to guide the Tesco buyer. Senior Client manager: Main contact for Nestle. Invited to meetings with senior business stakeholders engaged in decision making. Received an applause and gratitude email by senior members in my first 2 weeks for engagement, deliverance and creating a relationship with the team. Actionable recommendations: Pro actively reviewing Aero NPD post launch, to understand how customers are shopping, grocery trends and perception of products vs competitors. Recommending strategic actions to brand teams, trade team and Tesco buyers; increasing Aero distribution in the next range review. Diversity: Founded the women@dh group, to encourage and support females in the work place, through mentoring, training and expert led conferences. Planning and executing the first conference Jan 2018. Financial responsibility: Accountable for all financial reporting, including budget setting, contract creation and invoicing clients. Leadership: Managed and led the work experience initiative Summer 2017, attended by 5 sixth form students. Collaborated with other teams to schedule a week’s plan, including sessions with various dunnhumby teams and the CEO; and finished the week with the students delivering a final project with senior stakeholder attendance. New Business: Actively pursuing new business leads; resulting in £250,000 incremental revenue for the category H1 2017, an increase in client budgets and Tesco spend. Insight: Providing 4 decision trees and optimisers as a part of an insight Project using various data sources and delivered back to Tesco. Purpose of this is to simplify the own label range.
