About me

I am an award-winning digital and video journalist at the BBC World Service, reporting on faith and ethics around the globe and innovating the network’s digital presence. Previously I covered arts, science and technology at BBC.com, where I produced and executed social media strategies and wrote feature pieces for BBC Culture and BBC Future. I am a fluent Spanish and Arabic speaker and combine my languages and my social listening skills to report on the lives of young people around the world. My videos win hundreds of thousands of views across social media and the BBC News website, and I reversion my stories for radio and TV packages across the World Service, Radio 4 and BBC World News. My stories deliver high engagement for BBC platforms, particularly with women and the network’s underserved audiences. Interested in stories about social media, religion, technology and the arts.
